[Ver.5.2.5] Regarding Balance Changes

The following balance adjustments will be made in the version 5.2.5 update.

Thank you for your continued enjoyment of playing TEPPEN.

We are committed to encouraging a wide variety of useful decks and strategies that players can create by combining Hero Arts and cards. We have gone through with some planned balance adjustments for this purpose.
Hero Arts and some cards will be adjusted to help create new deck archetypes. Along with that will be adjustments made to some Hero Arts and cards that are easy to create advantageous board states continuously.

Yian Kut-Ku (X 003)

Before:

Paradox (X 013)

Before:

Give 1 friendly unit +12 HP or +12 Life to your Hero.

Evasive Action (COR 087)

Before:

[MP:2]

Returns a unit's Attack and HP to their original values.

 

After:

[MP:2]

Return the Attack and HP of 1 unit with an MP cost of 5 or more back to their original values.

 

Dream of Restoration (COR 088)

Before:

[MP:2]

Return 1 friendly green unit to the EX Pocket, then your Hero gains +7 Life.

 

After:

[MP:2]

Return 1 friendly green unit to the EX Pocket, then your Hero gains +4 Life.

 

Pteranodon (JR 025)

Before:

[MP:4] [Attack:2] [HP:5]

<Invasion>: 5
Gain +2 HP. Your Hero gains +5 Life.

 

After:

When played: Gain <Flight> (13 seconds).

The Hunter's Mission (JR 035)

Before:

[MP:3]

Give 1 friendly unit +1 HP for each unit currently on the field.
Reset all enemy units' attack gauge.

 

After:

[MP:1]

Give 1 friendly unit +1 HP for each unit currently on the field.

 

Invalid Target (OCS 081)

Before:

[MP:1]

Give 1 friendly unit "Cannot block enemy unit attacks" for 13 seconds.
Give your Hero "Your Hero gains +4 Life after 13 seconds."

 

After:

[MP:2]

Give 1 friendly unit "Cannot block enemy unit attacks" for 13 seconds.
Give your Hero "Your Hero gains +2 Life after 13 seconds."

 

Hotel Ba-Kansu (TF 033)

Before:

[MP:2]

Your Hero gains +5 Life.
Return 1 random friendly unit's Attack and HP to their original values.

 

After:

[MP:2]

Your Hero gains +2 Life.
Return 1 random friendly unit's Attack and HP back to their original values.

 

Parking Lot of Chaos (TF 036)

Before:

[MP:2]

Your Hero gains +5 Life.
<Present>: 3
Additionally, give all friendly green units +1/+2.
Evidence Count: 0

 

After:

[MP:2]

Your Hero gains +2 Life.
<Present>: 3
Additionally, give all friendly green units +1/+2.
Evidence Count: 0

 

Bustling Lobby (TF 059)

Before:

[MP:1]

Give 1 enemy unit -1 Attack. (Effective for 1 attack.)
<Present>: 2
Change 1 enemy unit's Attack to 1 instead.
Evidence Count: 0

 

After:

[MP:1]

Give 1 enemy unit -1 Attack. (Effective for 1 attack.)
<Present>: 3
Give 1 enemy unit -20 Attack instead. (Effective for 1 attack.)
Evidence Count: 0

 

[Hero Art]

*The ability adjustment of Hero Arts is also applied to Hero Arts after changing the skin.

Dive Attack (Rathalos Hero Arts)

Before:

[AP:19]

Give all friendly units +2 Attack.

 

After:

[AP:19]

Give all friendly units +2 Attack and <Crush> (13 seconds).

 

Great Divine Intervention (Amaterasu Hero Arts)

Before:

[AP:21]

Give all friendly units +2 HP.
Deal 3 damage to all enemy units.
Any unit destroyed by this damage is removed from the game. This will not trigger Death Abilities.

 

After:

[AP:23]

Give all friendly units +2 HP.
Deal 3 damage to all enemy units.
Any unit destroyed by this damage is removed from the game. This will not trigger Death Abilities.

 

Gaea Armor (X Hero Arts)

Before:

[AP:21]

Give all friendly units <Veil>.

 

After:

[AP:18]

Give all friendly units +3 HP and <Veil> (13 seconds).

 

*Cards affected by the rebalancing will reap the same number of souls required for their crafting between the release of ver. 5.2.5 and the release of ver. 5.3.
