There were login issues with TEPPEN during the following periods.

Players who ranked 11th to 100th in the Ranked Match “The Beginning” on August 1 (PT) / August 2 (UTC) had issues logging in.
 
As compensation, we would like to offer those affected the following items.

Players who had issues logging in will receive:

Players who purchased a Season Pass and had issues logging in will receive:
