[Ver.2.5] Regarding Balance Changes

The following balance adjustments will be made in the version 2.5update.

Thank you for your continued enjoyment of playing TEPPEN.

We are committed to encouraging a wide variety of useful decks and strategies that players can create by combining Hero Arts and cards. We have gone through with some planned balance adjustments for this purpose.
As such, our hope is to keep the meta in constant flux, with even the most popular decks ever changing due to a large number of decks that can counter them.
In consideration of the Deck use rate, the win rate, and match-up states from the Ranked Match Nergigante started in March 2020 to the Ranked Match Nero held in July 2020, since the Deck use rate mainly featuring Hero Arts Rakuhouha and Denjin Renki and win rate are both high and are also the same situation in the Ranked Match Nero, we will adjust the abilities of the related Hero Arts and some cards.
Also, with regard to the Decks mainly featuring Hero Arts Charge Shot, Unit Card Killer Bee Strike Cammy (HBM 036), and Astalos (HBM 082), we will adjust the abilities of Hero Arts and some cards since the win rate is high and the Deck types that can counter are very limited.

*Cards affected by the rebalancing will reap the same number of souls required for their crafting between the release of ver. 2.5 and the release of ver. 2.6.
